These faux leather patches come in an array of colors to match any style. Whether you are making a hat or applying this to apparel, we have a patch for you. Shipped ready to use, these patches are backed by the industry leading thermal activated adhesive Durra-Bull.

These patches are 3w x 2h, depending on design.

If you don't own a hat press and need hats pressed, be sure to add the hat add on.

  2. CHOOSE DESIGN AND/OR STYLE, ADD TO CART
  3. IF YOU NEED A COMPLETED HAT, ADD THE "MAKE IT A HAT" TO YOUR CART ALONG WITH 1 &2
  4. SKIP STEPS 1-3 IF YOU NEED A CUSTOM PATCH AND CHOOSE CUSTOM PATCH IN MENU

PRESS INSTRUCTIONS:

Leatherette Hat Patch

Medium to Heavy Pressure

  • Temp: 285, Time:20 sec

1.Pre Press hat or garment for 5 sec

2. Carefully pull off white backing(IF APPLICABLE) from patch and  position with design facing up. (adhesive side down)

3. Cover with parchment paper or Teflon sheet. Press at 285 degrees for 20 sec. Allow to cool.

Every Heat Press is different, temps and pressure are not always accurate or even so adjusting for your individual heat press is necessary, we highly recommend an infrared thermometer. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PRESSING ISSUES DUE TO INACCURATE TEMPERATURE OR PRESSURE.
